——从原材料选用和制造工艺的角度

在上期文章中,我们简单分析了两种电池的异同。其差异主要体现在,瞬间大电流放电性能、荷电保持性能、以及体积。这期文章我们将从原材料的选用和制造工艺的来分析,这些差异是如何实现的。

从原材料的选用上来看,常规汽车电池大多选用二号电解铅作为主要原料。而电解液往往选择蓄电池专用酸。我公司生产的柴油机组专用电池,以一号电解铅作为生产主料,电解液选用实验室级别的分析纯。从原材料的选用上来看,柴油机组专用电池的原材料,杂质含量远低于常规汽车电池。而杂质的含量极大程度上影响着而蓄电池的荷电保持性能。杂质含量越低,荷电保持性能越优异。




从蓄电池的极板制造工艺来看,常规汽车电池的极板采用拉网式生产工艺。这种工艺的优点在于适合大规模生产且制造成本低廉。而柴油机组专用电池的极板采用重力铸造的工艺。这种工艺生产的极板寿命更长、电流的汇流性能更好。

从蓄电池的组装工艺来看。柴油机组专用电池采用独特的紧装配工艺。使得电池的内阻更小,进一步提升蓄电池的放电性能。同时,紧装配的工艺也使得电池的尺寸更加紧凑,重量更加轻便。

-From the Angle of Raw Material Selection and Manufacturing Process


In our previous article, we briefly compared the similarities and differences between the two battery types. The key distinctions lie in their instantaneous high-current discharge capability, charge retention performance, and size. This article will delve into how these differences are achieved through the selection of raw materials and manufacturing processes.


In terms of material selection, conventional batteries predominantly use No.2 electrolyte lead as the primary component, with battery-specific acid typically employed as the electrolyte. Our company's diesel engine set batteries utilize No.1 electrolyte lead as the main production material, featuring laboratory-grade analytical purity electrolyte. Notably, the impurity content in diesel engine set batteries is significantly lower than that of conventional batteries. Impurity levels critically affect a battery's charge retention performance – the lower the impurity content, the better the charge retention performance.


In terms of the manufacturing process of battery plates, the conventional battery plates are produced using the mesh drawing method. This method is suitable for mass production and has low manufacturing costs. On the other hand, the plates of diesel engine set batteries are manufactured through gravity casting. The plates produced by this method have a longer lifespan and better current collection performance.


In terms of battery assembly technology, the diesel engine set batteries employ a unique tight-fitting process. This not only reduces the battery's internal resistance but also enhances its discharge performance. Additionally, the tight-fitting process results in a more compact size and lighter weight.
